We had to share this recipe. This recipe is so simple and yet so wholesome!

According to Berry Health Benefits Network –
“Red Raspberries contain strong antioxidants. They have vitamin C, quercetin and gallic acid that fight cancer, heart and circulatory and age-related changes.” – Yes!

Berries are high in ellagic acid – a known chemopreventative. They have anti-inflammatory properties. In Japan they are using them as a weight loss supplement.

In the beauty industry, because red raspberry oil is rich in Vitamin E, omega-3 fatty acid and has a sun protection factor (SPF) of 24-50″ – it a must-try. So yes…it’s food for your skin too!
